Amelie Eggenburg

Amelie Eggenburg is an Associate at KNOETZL, focusing on litigation and intellectual property law.

Before coming to KNOETZL, Amelie practiced at major law firms in Vienna where she concentrated in litigation and intellectual property law.  She has acquired extensive experience in conducting civil proceedings, most notably in the area of trademark law. Her work included drafting legal submissions, developing litigation strategies, and handling proceedings before Austrian civil courts, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Austrian Patent Office (ÖPA).

Amelie holds a Master of Laws degree (Mag. iur.) from the University of Vienna and she completed a semester abroad at Makerere University School of Law in Kampala, Uganda. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Vienna Forum for Democracy and Human Rights and contributed  to several legal publications.
