Emmanuel Kaufman has more than ten years of experience in commercial, construction and investment arbitration in the CEE, SEE and Latin-America.
He acts as counsel and arbitrator. His practice focuses on complex arbitration proceedings in construction and engineering, energy, IT, telecommunications, international trade and food and beverages sectors under the VIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID arbitration rules among others. He is particularly experienced in construction disputes as well as the quantification of damages in large, high-volume disputes and delay analysis in construction disputes.

Emmanuel co-coached the University of Buenos Aires team that won the XXIII Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2016.
