Florian Marschner is a law student at the Vienna University of Economics and Business who has earned a position as Legal Intern at KNOETZL.

He focuses on supporting the firm’s civil and commercial litigation practice, and on white-collar crime. He is engaged in legal research, drafting, and in supporting the preparation of submissions in complex proceedings before Austrian courts. Earlier in his career, he supported the firm’s litigation team in all stages of case management.

Florian is currently pursuing his degree in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, with a focus on civil procedure. His academic background complements his practical experience in contentious proceedings and economic criminal law.
