Felix is Counsel at KNOETZL, where he advises on complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes. He represents private clients, family offices, corporates, and financial institutions in high-stakes matters, often involving significant legal, financial, and reputational exposure.
His areas of focus include complex commercial litigation, white-collar crime, business crisis management, as well as whistleblowing frameworks and anti-corruption advisory. A particular emphasis of his practice lies in representing financial institutions in defending claims arising from alleged regulatory breaches.
Felix has extensive experience in high-profile cross-border fraud and asset tracing matters, contributing to the development and execution of sophisticated litigation and recovery strategies. His work frequently sits at the intersection of civil litigation, white-collar crime and corporate reputational risks.
Before joining KNOETZL, Felix worked at a leading Austrian full-service law firm with a focus on finance transactions. In addition, he brings a strong background in legal tech, building on experience gained at the Vienna office of a global elite consultancy and further developed in his current role.
Prior to his legal career, Felix was involved in Austria’s emerging start-up ecosystem, contributing to the launch and scaling of a renewable energy venture.
He is a member of the Austrian Bar Association, the Austrian White-Collar Crime Association, several alumni organisations and serves as Co-Head of the Anti-Corruption Working Group at Transparency International.
