Konstantin Nagaev is an Associate at KNOETZL. His practice now covers all areas of litigation and white-collar crime. Konstantin has also acquired background experience in the fields of international arbitration, investment law, corporate law and M&A, all of which he calls upon to apply currently. He advises in complex contractual disputes and has gained significant industry experience across multiple sectors, including life sciences, telecom, energy, banking, and media.
Prior to joining KNOETZL, Konstantin practiced as an associate at notable international law firms in Vienna. Konstantin holds a law degree from the University of Vienna (Mag.iur.) and studied at the University of Poitiers, France, specializing in International law, European law, and International Relations.
He is a member of the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut/YAAP), Association Suisse d’Arbitrage (ASA below 40), Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS40), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HK45), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR Young & International).
