Marie Eibensteiner is an Associate at KNOETZL, where she practices across all areas of civil litigation and white-collar crime.
Prior to joining KNOETZL, Marie served as university assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna, where she honed her research and legal writing skills. She holds a Master of Law degree (Mag. iur.) from the University of Vienna.
During and after her legal studies, Marie gained practical experience through internships at a district court and a notary’s office, an international law firm in Austria, where she focused on corporate and civil law matters, as well as at the the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Economic Crimes and Corruption.
In the final year of her studies, she also completed her training as a mediator and has since continuously integrated the acquired skills into her professional work.
