Maximilian Murtinger is an Associate at KNOETZL whose practice focuses on arbitration and litigation.
Prior to joining as an Associate, Maximilian already gained valuable experience working at KNOETZL as an intern during his studies. Maximilian further gained experience while working at another well-known international law firm in Vienna, specialising in dispute resolution. Maximilian also participated in the PAX Moot Court, a renown student competition in the field of Private International Law where he successfully acted as a pleader (ranked second best) and achieved the award for the best Memoranda with his team.
Maximilian holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Vienna (Mag. iur.). During his studies, he spent a semester at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, where he focused on European and International law.
