This week, on January 16, KNOETZL is kicking off a robust year by hosting the welcoming reception for the 33rd UIA World Forum of Mediation Centres, a critical undertaking we are proud to support. This premier event will be brimming with top commercial mediation experts, lawyers, business leaders, academics, and trainers from around the globe to share insights and advance cutting edge mediation practices.

We are also proud that our Natascha Tunkel will take the stage on Saturday, January 18, as part of a distinguished panel discussing the Global Diversity in Guidelines and the Gap Between Mediation Theory and Practice. She will be joined by Ranse Howel, Ivana Nincic Österle and the program will be moderated by Isabel Phillips for what promises to be a thought-provoking session addressing crucial challenges and opportunities.
