Daniel Graschopf

Daniel Graschopf is an Associate at KNOETZL, focusing on civil litigation.

Before joining the firm, he completed his court clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Vienna. Prior to and during his clerkship, he gained practical experience in international arbitration and banking & finance through legal internships at a variety of Austrian law firms. He served as a student assistant at the Department of Tax Law at University of Vienna Law School.

Daniel holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Vienna, where he participated in the Austrian Labour Law Moot Court, was recognized among the Top 100 students in “Junge Rechtswissenschaft,” and was awarded merit-based scholarships. He also completed training as a certified peer mediator.

Beyond his academic and professional experience, Daniel was also engaged in student representation at the University of Vienna’s Faculty of Law and in various civic initiatives.
