This summer ended just the way we love it, the KNOETZL way: on a rooftop above Vienna’s old town, a taste of Austria, a glass raised to the season and delicious bites to savour along the way, with live jazz and wonderful company all around us.
Under this year’s motto, “Come & Go wild with us,” our Summer Closing brought together cherished clients, longstanding business partners and friends, old and new. There were warm reunions, first introductions and plenty of laughter, and more than a few conversations carried on long after the last song had played.
This year, Prof. Ludwig Huber, author of “Das rationale Tier”, took us into the fascinating world of animal cognition. His question of where animal intelligence ends and ours begins, and his reminder that intelligent beings do not always act rationally, gave the evening its favorite topic.
From all of us, thank you to everyone who joined us for a wonderful evening. To our clients, our heartful thanks for the trust you place in KNOETZL and for the matters you entrust to us, year after year. We value these relationships deeply. And a special thank you to Prof. Huber for an engaging keynote that gave us plenty to think about and a welcome change of perspective.

Now, on to the autumn together.
