Following the election of four new partners in the beginning of this eventful year, KNOETZL’s growth continues with the addition of counsel Jurgita Petkutė to support the arbitration team of KNOETZL.

Jurgita has longstanding experience as counsel in domestic and international arbitral proceedings as well as in investment cases under various institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules. Her focus lies on energy (oil, gas exploration, transport and supply agreements), construction and engineering, telecommunications, corporate and post-M&A as well as transportation, shipping and insurance agreements.

Jurgita regularly acts as arbitrator. Her arbitrator experience includes arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (VCCA).
