Bettina specializes in high-stakes international and commercial litigation, focusing on investor protection, liability claims, finance, shareholder, corporate and ultra-high net worth individual disputes, business crime, fraud & asset tracing. She acts as global lead counsel in complex cross border disputes as well as local counsel. Her track record includes remarkable successes for her clients, in several cases up to the Austrian Supreme Court including defense of well-known class action lawsuits.

She represents in banking, insurance and financial cases as well as other industries, such as automotive, energy and pharmaceutical / life science litigation.
