Emmanuel Kaufman, Partner at KNOETZL, has been elected President of the German – Austrian Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club (“Club Español del Arbitraje” – CEA) as of 1 January 2017.

Emmanuel’s election is a recognition of his long-standing active involvement in the CEA as a member of the German – Austrian Chapter.

The German – Austrian Chapter of the CEA is one of its 28 international chapters focusing on the promotion of international arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism. The CEA was constituted in 2005 and has more than 800 members in 37 countries.
