GIAC Arbitration Days celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, and, as is tradition, Beka Injia (GIAC Secretary General) brought together leading arbitration practitioners from all over the world for lively discussion of pertinent issues. The opening pre-conference event was an interactive hands-on workshop exploring “Negotiation – before, during and after arbitration”. Natascha Tunkel, together with Katja Kröll, Sophie Tkemaladze and Sophio Chachava explored dispute analysis, negotiation strategy, pros and cons of involving a neutral, and – not least – the benefits this may bring to lawyers and their clients.
