On 12 June 2025, the Congress Center Casino Baden set the stage for the Austrian Lawyers’ Academy (Anwaltsakademie (AWAK)) advanced training course “Civil Procedure à la Carte: What the Courts Are Currently Serving” („Prozessrecht à la carte: Was die Gerichte aktuell servieren“). Among the distinguished faculty was our Bettina Knoetzl, who shared her experience and expertise on the latest developments in collective redress (Verbandsklage neu) and Austria’s implementation of the EU Representative Actions Directive (Directive (EU) 2020/1828).
