Just one week to go until one of the summer’s most anticipated events: the CDRC Vienna – The IBA-VIAC Mediation & Negotiation Competition!

Every July, Vienna becomes the global hub for dispute resolution professionals, negotiation coaches, and aspiring students from leading universities around the world. Think of it as the Vis Moot for Negotiation and Mediation: student teams work through a case based on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot case study, presenting both their negotiation and mediation skills in front of some of the world’s top experts in the field.

This year marks CDRC’s 10^th anniversary, and the lineup of events is dazzling. We are proud to continue our long-standing partnership with the competition. Our Bettina Knoetzl and Natascha Tunkel are again actively involved as assessors, sharing real-world insights and supporting the next generation of dispute resolution professionals. We are also gratified to provide the setting for the traditional KNOETZL Wine Tasting Reception in our offices overlooking the iconic rooftops and majesty of Vienna.
