Following our excitement from receiving the special award in 2023 “Women Go Panel” presented by the prestigious “Promoting the Best”, under the auspices of Alma Zadic, the Austrian Minister of Justice, the new year has brought us even more excellent news.  It appears that KNOETZL’s foundational commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion has been recognized outside Austria, too!  We learned, to our delight, that our team has been shortlisted for the prestigious Chambers Europe Awards 2024 in the category DEI Outstanding Law Firm,  with a gala ceremony to take place in Paris, on 25th April. We are certainly gratified to receive this nomination, as it recognizes our continual efforts in promoting our own great and diverse workplace, and helps us to inspire women and their firms in the law industry everywhere to aspire to the same goals.  We relentlessly include these DEI goals both within and beyond our firm, as we unflinchingly pursue our mantra of professional excellence and client service. There are great opportunities behind mere diversity, which we recognize at KNOETZL, not only as an ethical and social necessity, but as a strategic business priority. Differences do not create barriers, but build synergies that we see as crucial for long term success.
