We are delighted that our inspirational home-base, Austria’s beautiful capital city, Vienna, will be hosting the inaugural IBA Asset Recovery Conference, taking place on December 6^th to 8^th, 2023, followed by a social networking program on Saturday, the 9^th.  It will bring together leading experts from the field of asset tracing and asset recovery, who will share their knowledge and experience and put the foundations to rewarding collaborations. The program promises to be a perfect start for this newly implemented Committee of the IBA. As one of the first movers, we are excited that “Asset Recovery” has gained such great momentum within the legal community, which comes as no surprise in times increasing instability, wars, financial turmoil and occasional public service rascalry.
