For this year’s edition of the Vis Moot, KNOETZL is proud to partner with the SCC Arbitration Institute to present the panel discussion “Mastering (Cost-)Efficiency in Complex Disputes”, taking place on Monday, 14 April.

We are bringing together a powerhouse panel to reassess the efficiency in complex arbitration disputes, featuring Jake Lowther (SCC Arbitration Institute), Jennifer Bryant (Noerr), Alicja Zielinska-Eisen (Queritius), Gretta Walters (Chaffetz Lindsey), and Florian Haugeneder (KNOETZL) who will share their experience and insights on the SCC Arbitration Institute’s toolkit and on how to effectively navigate summary proceedings, security for costs and multi-party arbitrations.
