This fall is off to a good start: the Third Annual Armenian International Arbitration Week will take place from 3–5 September 2025 in Yerevan, Armenia, organized by AMCA.

The week brings together leading arbitration and mediation professionals from across the globe, with discussions on the latest trends, challenges, and developments in the field.

Partner Florian Haugeneder will join the panel on Evidence Taking in International Arbitration: Navigating Legal Traditions and Emerging Challenges. The panel will dive into practical scenarios such as allegations of illegality and corruption, the handling of unlawfully obtained or privileged evidence, and the role of the iura novit curia doctrine.

Counsel Sergii Melnyk will lead a Training for AMCA Staff and Arbitrators on Case Management and Procedural Specificities, providing insights into the lifecycle of arbitration proceedings.
