KNOETZL is proud to support the ongoing success of the 33rd UIA World Forum of Mediation Centres, assembled in Vienna in mid-January 2025.

Our recognized mediation expert, Natascha Tunkel, gave a practitioner’s perspective on Global Diversity in Guidelines and Bridging the Gap Between Mediation Theory and Practice in a panel moderated by Isabel Phillips, with Zachary Calo and Ivana Ninčić Österle. The session prompted lively discussions on the function of mediation guidelines and the potential impact of overregulation of mediation.

KNOETZL also had the pleasure of hosting the Forum’s welcome reception, where distinguished guests connected over drinks and canapés in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere over the historical rooftops of Vienna.
