In the course of the Istanbul Arbitration Days our partner Patrizia Netal had the opportunity to speak on two panels.

On 17^th April, at the Jus Mundi/Moroğlu Arseven event, Patrizia Netal shared a panel with Flore Poloni (Signature Litigation), Sumru Akter (Omni Bridgeway), Esen Aydın (Jus Mundi) and Fulya Kurar (Moroğlu Arseven). The panel was moderated by Dr. Erhan Seyfi Moroğlu (Moroğlu Arseven). The in-depth discussion dealt with recent developments of third-party funding, the negotiation of third-party funding agreements, the disclosure of third-party funding and conflicts of interest. On 18^th April, at the Taylor Wessing & VIAC Cocktail Reception, Patrizia Netal in her function as the VIAC Vice President addressed together with Ivo Deskovic (Taylor Wessing) and Tugce Yalcin (Taylor Wessing) available tools in arbitration to enhance efficiency from the outset of the arbitral proceedings until the enforcement stage. The speakers further shed light on the role and means of counsel, arbitrators and arbitral institutions to support the efficient conduct of the proceedings.
