KNOETZL congratulates the University of Buenos Aires and Emmanuel Kaufman who co-coached the team for winning the 23rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot

For the first time a team of Latin-America won the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.  The team was composed by the students María Guillermina Fortunati, Juan Massun, Juan Ignacio González Mayer and Iván Levy. Emmanuel Kaufman (Partner) co-coached the team of the University of Buenos Aires that won the 23rd Willem C. VIS International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

With more than 311 team coming from 67 different countries, the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is the largest arbitration moot competition. This year’s problem was conducted pursuant to the Vienna International Arbitral Centre Arbitration Rules (Vienna Rules).
